  • Official CONFIRMATION of registration

All registered participants will receive their registration package (registration receipts and accommodation ) from the CARTE BLANCHE organisation directly by letter beginning of october.

NEW REGISTRATION after October 10th

- Registration via the WEB is definitively CLOSED.  Registration can be made only at the conference site starting on SUNDAY October 15th - 4 pm. No more subsides are distributed.

Due to the large number of participants, we recommande to book for these options by as soon as possible, but might be closed AT ANY time.
Please contact directly CARTE BLANCHE (ieee 2000 @cborg.com) indicating your last name, and first name and the options selected. Payement will be requested directly on the conference site upon arrival.

Do not forget to register to "Short Courses", "Visits", "Banquets" and "Companion program"

  • Registration to NSS SHORT COURSES on sunday October 15th can be made after october 15th with NO extra charge of 50 Euros.
  • SHUTTLE SERVICE for the NSS-MIC Conference

During the Conference, a bus shuttle service will be organised every day from the Convention Center to the hotels located in St Etienne, Villebois and Grenoble.
The first shuttle will leave form the Convention Centre on Sunday 15 October at 7 p.m.
A detailed timetable will be provided on the spot.
For the participants arriving at the airport Lyon-St Exupéry before Sunday 15 October, there are regular bus services to Grenoble and St Etienne : a sales counter SATOBUS is open from 7 a.m until 10 p.m in the Central Building at the airport.
