Outline of the programme

The program of the congress will include:

  • Short courses
  • Oral presentations in plenary and parallel sessions
  • Poster sessions
  • Workshops: presentations and discussions on specific topics organized as 'one-day workshops'
    Visits to nearby laboratories (CERN in Geneva and ESRF/LETI in Grenoble)
  • A three day exhibition including all major industrial partners

The congress will take place over a period of one week. Monday 16 October will be the official opening of the congresses. The NSS and the industrial exhibition will both start on Tuesday whilst the MIC sessions will begin on Wednesday.

In addition, it is planned to organize presentations and demonstrations for the medical profession as well as for the general public.
